Service Description

Merge Online, operated by deeptweet (d/b/a saveany), is a browser-based tool that merges video and audio files using FFmpeg WebAssembly. All media processing runs locally in your browser. The service supports merging via remote URLs (through a CORS proxy) and via local file uploads.

No account registration is required to use the free tier. Paid plans unlock additional usage quotas and features as described on our Pricing page.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Merge Online only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:

• Process, download, or merge any content you do not have the right to use.
• Use the service to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Abuse the CORS proxy or service infrastructure through automated scripts, bots, or excessive requests.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or other technical safeguards.
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing content, or any harmful material.
• Interfere with other users' ability to use the service or degrade service stability.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The Merge Online service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of its operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written permission.

You retain all rights to the media content you process through Merge Online. We do not claim ownership of your files or merged output. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to all content you process.

Paid Plans and Billing

Paid plans are processed through our third-party payment provider. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions. All prices are listed in USD. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We may change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their next billing cycle.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Merge Online is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• All media formats, browsers, or devices will be fully compatible.
• Remote media URLs will remain accessible or respond as expected.
• Merged output will meet your specific quality, timing, or synchronization requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merge Online and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, supported formats, proxy policies, usage limits, and availability.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
