Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If Merge Online does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the conditions described below.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided that:
- You have not exceeded 10 merges using the paid plan features.
- The refund request is submitted within the 7-day window from the original purchase date.
Refund requests made after the 7-day period or after significant use of the service may be declined at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at mergeonline@saveanyyoutube.com with the following information:
- Your email address used for the purchase.
- The transaction ID or order number from your payment confirmation.
- A brief reason for requesting the refund.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days of receiving your email.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Subscription Cancellations
For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you wish to request a refund for the current period, please contact us using the process described above.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
- Plans where the paid features have been extensively used.
- Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date.
